When a client’s wells began exhibiting signs of loading, they decided to invest in a permanent gas lift facility to increase their production. However, due to a combination of procurement timelines and limited data regarding the optimization of horizontal shale wells in the Duvernay play, the client was facing numerous delays and uncertainty with respect to the right facility design.

To increase their production on a faster timeline, the client agreed to have Roska DBO install a temporary gas lift facility. Not only would the client be able to restore their production, but they would also be able to gather valuable data that would influence the design and specifications of their permanent installation as well as any future investments in the Duvernay play.

Although the client had originally planned on renting the equipment for this installation for a 12 month period, the quality and performance of the facility Roska built meant that it could be incorporated into their permanent infrastructure.
